Ministries partner with PwC Legal and TalTech for legal analysis of electronic freight transport information

The Ministry of Climate and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications have entered into a procurement contract for the implementation of an analysis with the law firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal OÜ and Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech).

As a result of the analysis, the necessary legal framework for the transition to electronic freight transport information in Estonia and the EU will be mapped and analyzed. An action plan and a schedule for bringing the requirements of the electronic freight transport information regulation (eFTI) into the Estonian legal framework will be proposed.

The cost of the work is 137,490 euros, and it will be completed in 8 months.
