For 2024 and beyond, large companies must also submit a sustainability report as part of their annual report.
This applies to all companies that meet at least two of the following three criteria: the company has more than 250 employees, the annual net turnover is more than 40 million euros, and the company has assets worth more than 20 million euros.
A technical solution is being created with the Ministry of Finance so that entrepreneurs can transfer the data required for sustainability reporting to the commercial register as smoothly as possible.
