Data-based reporting: Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications

Real-time economy aims to create a business environment where administrative operations, transactions, and information are created and processed automatically, in real time, and in a standardised digital form. In the future, all communication between the entrepreneur and the state could take place this way.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has a central role in the promotion of real-time economy, but each agency deals with the issues within its area of responsibility. In order to coordinate the work and solve the problems more smoothly, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has created an inter-agency steering group, where changes are discussed and agreed upon.

In order to implement the changes, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has provided funding for agencies and planned support measures for entrepreneurs.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications has ordered/is in the process of ordering the following analyses, which will be completed in 2023:

  • Central administration analysis of the taxonomy of agencies
  • Business analysis of the data transfer model from entrepreneurs to the state (alternatives)
  • Creation of a module for the capacity of accepting data from the public sector (standardised API)
